Dan Casuccio

President

Prior to launching Zebra Property Management Inc., Dan held a Senior Management position at the Effort Trust Company for 30 plus years. Under the mentorship of the late Mr. Arthur Weiz, founder, Tom Weiz President & CEO and David Horwood CEO, Dan managed a multitude of properties of diverse categories, his portfolio exceeding 1900 units. Dan recognized the investment interest in Hamilton and the need for management firms with the knowledge and expertise to provide quality personable service to midsized investors and so together with his son Zack Casuccio, created Zebra Property Management Inc. Dan earned a diploma in Business from Mohawk College and has been a member in good standing of the Institute of Housing since 1995. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton & District Apartment Association. He has brought value to many committees for the City of Hamilton and has set an extraordinary example for Landlords.

Zack Casuccio

Vice President/Property Manager

Zack Casuccio was raised in the Real Estate Investment and Property Management business. He spent several years managing large Commercial/Multi-use buildings for a private consulting firm before partnering with his father Dan in 2010. He is a member in good standing of the Toronto Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management, United States, (IREM), through which he has obtained internationally recognized industry credentials. The ACoM designation, (Accredited Commercial Manager) & ARM designation (Accredited Residential Manager). He also studied English Literature and Sociology at Brock University. Zack provides value to Zebra's clients by way of his sound business instincts, superb communication skills and strong EQ. His positive and energetic work approach has been a key driver for Zebra's success.

Margot Casuccio

Property Accountant

Margot Casuccio is also a valuable member of the Zebra Team. Margot is a Chartered Professional (CPA, CGA). She had experience with the Effort Trust Company including working in Commercial Holdings. Margot has in depth experience in charging commercial tenants back for annual CAM adjustments, etc. Furthermore for 10+ years she was the controller accountant for Casa Management, managing 15 condominium corporations.

Justin Casuccio

Property Manager

Justin Casuccio began his career managing condominiums for PMC York Properties Inc. Justin's knowledge and interest in finance and the economy is what led him to study Economics at McMaster University, where he earned his BA. He is accredited by the Institute of Housing Management, and is working towards the CRF designation (REIC) as well as courses through ACMO. Justin is well versed in the language of finance and his focus is Real Estate Finance. He handles a variety of duties including, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CAM reconciliation, Lease Analysis, and general operational duties. Justin’s high intelligence combined with his calm and optimistic nature has proven to be a strong asset to the Zebra Team.
