Prior to launching Zebra Property Management Inc., Dan held a Senior Management position at the Effort Trust Company for 30 plus years. Under the mentorship of the late Mr. Arthur Weiz, founder, Tom Weiz President & CEO and David Horwood CEO, Dan managed a multitude of properties of diverse categories, his portfolio exceeding 1900 units. Dan recognized the investment interest in Hamilton and the need for management firms with the knowledge and expertise to provide quality personable service to midsized investors and so together with his son Zack Casuccio, created Zebra Property Management Inc. Dan earned a diploma in Business from Mohawk College and has been a member in good standing of the Institute of Housing since 1995. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton & District Apartment Association. He has brought value to many committees for the City of Hamilton and has set an extraordinary example for Landlords.
Zack Casuccio was raised in the Real Estate Investment and Property Management business. He spent several years managing large Commercial/Multi-use buildings for a private consulting firm before partnering with his father Dan in 2010. He is a member in good standing of the Toronto Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management, United States, (IREM), through which he has obtained internationally recognized industry credentials. The ACoM designation, (Accredited Commercial Manager) & ARM designation (Accredited Residential Manager). He also studied English Literature and Sociology at Brock University. Zack provides value to Zebra's clients by way of his sound business instincts, superb communication skills and strong EQ. His positive and energetic work approach has been a key driver for Zebra's success.

David Tabron joined the Zebra Property Management team in 2024 serving as Accounting Administrator and Office Manager. In this role, he oversees a broad range of accounting, administrative, and operational functions that support the day-to-day management of our growing portfolio. David has also become highly proficient in Yardi Breeze Premier and other property technology platforms, playing a key role in optimizing internal workflows, improving financial reporting, and supporting the firm's continued investment in PropTech solutions. Prior to joining Zebra Property Management, David spent six years as a Senior Law Clerk, working with both a senior sole practitioner and a respected boutique law firm in Hamilton, Ontario. Throughout his legal career, he developed a strong appreciation for the complexity and sensitivity of legal proceedings while building lasting relationships with clients, lawyers, and court staff through professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. David graduated with distinction from McMaster University in 2015, earning two Honours Bachelor of Arts degrees. He also holds a Law Clerk diploma from triOS College and has pursued additional studies at McMaster University with a focus on Accounting Administration. David's analytical mindset, attention to detail, extensive office management experience, and growing expertise in property management technology make him an invaluable member of the Zebra Property Management team. His commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service helps ensure our operations remain efficient, organized, and responsive.
